Description: sleekBlack is an ongoing collection of fantasy interfaces that I have been designing for the past several years. It is essentially a goal of perfection I am working towards that, in my opinion, can never be reached. I am forever infatuated with these types of interfaces, and making new ones allows me to outlet my ideas in a digital form. sleekBlack v4 is my latest offering.
This is more of a piece of art than it is an actual design. Designs have functionality, fantasy interfaces, or what I like to call pseudo designs, create the illusion of having functionality. They are different in that they aren't restricted by the same set of rules that true interface designs have, rather, they are limitless, like format of art. I call these cool looking, non interactive pieces; (1) fantasy interfaces, (2) pseudo designs, or (3) art interfaces.

You can create your own right click context menu with complete control of what it says, what it does, and what it looks like. It also adds a very professional touch to any flash web site or piece. You can put copyright information in it, so that no one can steal the flash file and claim it as their own.

This tutorial was randomly made with no practice to show you the power of the technique. You can just make some random gradients and end up with a rather fresh and interesting looking result. Description: This is something you see a lot more than you probably know. Interface Reflections are the part under an interface that gives it depth and creates the illusion that it is reflecting off a glossy glass floor. Adding this to an interface makes it look so much more polished that it is a no-brainer. It is quite simple to create.
