Matt Kroll

     For the past 7 years, Matt Kroll has served as a quality manager for Motorola. In addition, Matt has been involved in Motorola Six Sigma Black Belt programs such as Differentiated Delivery, Funding and Development for Direct Sales, and Customer Requested Ship Date Cycle Time Reduction (CRSD) Team. In this role, Matt used Design For Six Sigma (DFSS) methodology to structure upstream and downstream funding projects, implemented improvements in forecasting and material planning processes, and used Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, & Control (DMAIC) to reach levels of ship date cycle time reduction never before achieved.
Matt brings 9 years of supply chain management experience to V-Chain, as well as familiarity with Oracle 11i and SAS Institute’s JMP software. Matt received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
